DESCRIPTION:Feist Prairie Work Party and S’mores\nSaturday, January 4 – 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.\nLocation: Feist Prairie\n\nCome celebrate the new year by setting brush piles ablaze at Feist Prairie!\nWork crews have been so productive this year that we have several ginormous brush piles to incinerate in preparation for a spring prescribed burn.\nWe’ll gather at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 4 to ignite the pyres, and revel in the heat and camaraderie while dining on traditional campfire foods. Hot chocolate, hot cider, turkey dogs, buns, chips, baked beans, and S’mores makings provided. BYO if you want something else to eat or drink. Also bring something to sit on and dress for the weather. Look for the Feist Prairie sign on your left.\nFrom Platteville, head north on Hwy D. Turn left on Hwy E. for approx. 3 miles.
