The Empire Sauk Chapter of TPE will once again hold a winter solstice bonfire. Join us on Saturday, December 21st starting at 5:00 PM at the Mounds View Grassland. The fire will be located just to the northwest side of the barn.\n \n\n\nWHAT TO BRING:\nBring a lawn chair and consider bringing some food or beverage to share (brats to toast on the fire will be provided).\nWORK PARTY LEADER:\n\nPlease contact Rich Henderson via EMAIL ( mailto:tpe.rhenderson@tds.net ) ahead of time with your contact information, preferably email, so he can reach you in case the bonfire needs to be cancelled (e.g., conditions too windy and dry, icy roads, etc.).\n(h) 608.845.7065 (c) 608.235.4165\nDIRECTIONS:\nFrom the intersection of US Hwy 18-151 and County F (south of Blue Mounds in western Dane County), take F approximately 5 miles south. (Note: A half mile down F from 18-151, pay close attention to the road signs, for F turns to the right & the straight ahead road becomes County Z. Stay on F.)\n
