DESCRIPTION:Many Rivers Prairie Hike\nMonday, August 25 – 6:00 p.m.\nLocation: Gustavus Adolphus College Arboretum, MN\nCome on a hike with us through the prairie!\nEach fourth Monday from March to October, we will hold an informal hike for people interested in prairies. These hikes will be held on publicly-accessible land in the Many Rivers Chapter area. Open to the general public (humans only, no pets). We will meet at 6:00 p.m. and hike for 1-2 hours; participants may leave at their leisure.\nFor more information, site maps, and inclement weather updates, visit our Prairie Hike webpage at: sites.google.com/view/prairie-hikes. In the event of bad weather, check this page for updates prior to the event.\n\nWHAT TO BRING:\nParticipants should wear clothing appropriate for the field and weather (boots, long pants, hat, etc.). Be prepared to walk through tall grass on uneven terrain.
