Come enjoy the beauty while ensuring that the splendor continues by attending this work party. We’ll focus on removing invasive plants and shrubs from the areas that were cleared last year. Eradication will involve a variety of methods: pulling, snipping, cutting, sawing, and herbicide application. After the work party, let’s meet for lunch in Fennimore at The Lemon Door.\nWHAT TO BRING:\nYou might want to wear rubber boots due to the heavy morning dew. If you have them, please bring brush cutters, chainsaws, loppers, pruners, herbicide sprayers/daubers, and/or other implements of destruction restoration. Herbicide will be provided. Look for the Feist Prairie sign on your left.\nFrom Platteville, head north on Hwy D. Turn left on Hwy E. for approx. 3 miles. Turn left on Scenic Road – in 1.5 miles, turn right onto Sleepy Hollow Road. Look for the Feist Prairie sign on your right.\n\n
