DESCRIPTION:Tiffany Wildlife Area Prairie Improvement with WI Department of Natural Resources\nMonday, December 8 – 9:00 a.m. to Noon\nLocation: Durand, WI\nLocation: Meet at the intersection of Hwy 25 and Stai Coulee Road, Durand, WI (map)\nCome out and help restore prairie habitat on Tiffany Wildlife Area Thursday, December 4th from 9am – Noon. We will be meeting between Durand and Nelson, at the intersection of Hwy. 25 and Stai Coulee Rd.\nThis work site is on the newly acquired Stump Lake parcel that DNR purchased this summer.\nWe will be spreading prairie seed, along with cutting & piling brush/trees, and burning brush piles if we have snow cover. No experience is needed!\nCome dressed for the weather and for working in the outdoors. Please note there is no bathroom on site.\nRSVP is not required, but is preferred in case there are changes to the work day schedule due to weather. Email or Text your RSVP to: MarkA.Rasmussen@wi.gov or 608-418-0259.\n \n \n**This is part of a recurring monthly workday series, so if you aren’t able make it this day, hopefully you can join in on the next! They are being held on the 1st Thursday of every month. Watch for details each month!**\n
