DESCRIPTION:CANCELLED:  Site is inaccessible with the recent snow.  Also, the wind chill on Saturday will be low.\nJoin us as we celebrate the New Year by cutting buckthorn. \nWe will cut buckthorn, other non-native trees and brush, and burn them onsite in a bonfire!\nDate: January 28 (Saturday)\nTime: 10am – 2pm  Come for 1, 2, 3, or all 4 hours. Whatever time you can volunteer is appreciated!\nLocation:  Alexander oak savanna\nAddress:  W9015 770th Ave., River Falls, WI 54022\nPark in the lot of the Town Hall.  We will walk to the site.\nMap\nPlease bring work gloves, sturdy footwear, and drinking water. Hot dogs, snacks, mulled wine, beer, and tools will be provided. Feel free to bring your own lunch if you care not for wieners.\n
