DESCRIPTION:Bird Survey\nFriday, July 28 \nLocation: Muralt Bluff Prairie\nAll are welcome to join us for a bird identification visit to Muralt Bluff at 9 a.m. Friday, July 28, with Rebecca Gilman and Charles Harmon, who ask folks to download the Merlin and the eBird Mobile apps onto their phones before arriving.  Both apps were created by Cornell Lab of Ornithology and are free.  We’re using Merlin & eBird in a bird survey of our sites at various times this summer. If anybody wants to check it out, Cornell offers a free tutorial on eBird that is really useful for new users. And bring binoculars if you have them, if you don’t, we’ll have extras.\n
