Participants should wear layers, sturdy boots, work gloves, and eye protection (sunglasses or safety glasses). Water is also recommended.\nDIFFICULTY LEVEL: easy-medium\nAll experience levels are welcome, including absolute beginners, and you can leave early if you need to (but please arrive at the beginning when orientation and instruction are provided).
