Aspen Removal at Tauer Prairie

Saturday, June 3rd – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Location: Tauer Prairie, on 180th St. (Park on shoulder)

Volunteers will join Brad Boldaun from the DNR to complete aspen girdling. No experience necessary! The DNR will be providing tools and instructions.

WHAT TO BRING:

Please dress for the weather, but wear long pants and sturdy closed-toed shoes or boots. It’s a good idea to bring work gloves, sunscreen and tick protection. Also, please bring water, and a lunch or snacks.
