Lower Chippewa SNA Work Day with WI Department of Natural Resources

Thursday, August 14 – 9:00 a.m. to Noon

Location: Mondovi, WI

The West-Central DNR State Natural Areas program hosts a monthly workday the second Thursday of each month. These are valuable opportunities to work alongside natural resource professionals and pick their brains about management techniques, plant ID, etc., while helping restore some of Wisconsin’s ecological gems.

August’s focus will be brush removal.

WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring work gloves, closed-toed shoes, and whatever water or snacks / you might want. Please note there are no bathrooms on site.
