CHIPPEWA SAVANNAS PARTNER WORKDAY
Maiden Rock Bluff SNA Work Day with Department of Natural Resources
Thursday, March 12 – 9:00 a.m. to Noon
Location: Maiden Rock Bluff trailhead at dead end of Long Lane near Stockholm, WI
The West-Central DNR State Natural Areas program hosts a monthly workday the 2nd Thursday of each month. These are valuable opportunities to work alongside natural resource professionals and pick their brains about management techniques, plant ID, etc., while helping restore some of Wisconsin’s ecological gems.
This month’s focus will be brush removal.
**This is part of a recurring monthly workday series, so if you aren’t able make it this day, hopefully you can join in on the next! Watch for details each month!**
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring work gloves, closed-toed shoes, and whatever water or snacks / you might want. Please note there are no bathrooms on site.
