Spotted Knapweed Removal at Giordano Oak Barrens and Sand Prairie

Saturday, July 19 – 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Location: Giordano Oak Barrens and Sand Prairie, Lodi, WI

Help us finish sweeping through areas where cedar and invasive brush were recently removed to hand pull spotted knapweed. Last year’s efforts and the ease of traversing newly opened areas make SKW control a lot easier than last year.

We’re continuing to find new and interesting species, so please join us for a day of spotted knapweed removal and botanizing.

WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring gloves, eye protection, and drinking water. Pants, hat, and long sleeves are encouraged.
