This class is part two of the Prescribed Burn Crew Member Training. Registration allows you to attend both parts. This will be the field training component of The Prairie Enthusiasts’ prescribed burn crew member training.

The equipment field training component will occur Saturday, October 25 and will allow participants to learn about and practice the use of various hand tools commonly used for relatively small (1-50 acres) prescribed burns in the Upper Midwest.

Completing both the classroom and equipment field training components is required to obtain certification of completion of The Prairie Enthusiasts’ prescribed burn crew member training.
