ST CROIX VALLEY: Oak Woodland Survey

Join several of us at Alexander Oak Savanna to assess the condition of the savanna!

Using the attached Oak Woodland protocol, we will conduct an assessment of the savanna.

Coarse-level monitoring is useful for habitat managers interested in assessing baseline conditions and restoration progress. The coarse level metrics used in the approach can  track ecological integrity over time in response to management or lack thereof.
