Chippewa Savannas Chapter Board Meeting

Wednesday, August 19 – 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Please join us for our (mostly) monthly board meeting!

This month, Chapter members will have the opportunity to vote on a proposed updated Chippewa Savannas Rules and Governance document, available to view here. If a majority of members in attendance vote to accept the new Rules. they will then be brought to the Central Board for approval.

The existing Rules and Governance document, last updated in 2010, is available to view here.

Changes include:

• moving the timing of the annual meeting
• adding up to 3 at-large board members
• clarifying committee chair roles
