Advancement Assistant

We are hiring a full-time Advancement Assistant for our office in Viroqua, Wisconsin. We seek a team member who is goal-oriented, eager to serve, supportive of the mission of The Prairie Enthusiasts, and dedicated to growing with us.

Key Accountabilities inlcude:

  • Provide a high level of service to our members, including assisting with membership renewal, address updates, responding to questions, etc.
  • Conduct event logistics for our online annual conference, regional summer events and more.
  • Copywriting and design for social media, emails and website.
  • Data entry and gift acknowledgments.

Office & Administrative Support

We are hiring a part-time to full-time Office and Administrative Support for our office in Viroqua, Wisconsin. We seek a team member with attention to detail, who is eager to serve, supportive of the mission of The Prairie Enthusiasts, and dedicated to growing with us.

Key Accountabilities inlcude:

  • Email and mail processing
  • Administrative processes and procedure
  • Records management
  • Bookkeeping support
