Burning Brush Piles

Friday, January 26 – 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Location: Pam Meyer’s Barrens with Dan Carter

Don’t miss your opportunity to work on this unique oak barrens, a rare ecosystem in Southeastern Wisconsin! We will be burning brush piles if possible. Participants should wear natural fibers, at least for outer layers. We may also be disassembling conifers, and/or cutting and treating brush depending on conditions.
