Prescribed Burn Equipment Field Training
Saturday, June 8 – 8:30 a.m. to Noon
Location: Chester Woods Park in Olmsted County, MN
A group of 20 people completed the classroom module of The Prairie Enthusiasts’ prescribed burn crew member training on May 4th at Chester Woods Park in Olmsted County. We’re going to provide the equipment field training module for that group of people on June 8th at the same location, from 8:30-12:30.
We already know some of the original 20 class members of the May 4th classroom module can’t attend the June 8th equipment field training module so we’re able to fill those empty slots with others who may need it.

If you’d like to attend the equipment field training at Chester Woods Park on June 8th, please send your RSVP to Patty Trnka (patty.trnka@prodigy.net). We’ll give priority to people who’ve completed a previous offering of the classroom module but haven’t yet had the equipment field training, so please let Patty know if you’re in that category.
