Seed Collection

Help us collect old-field goldenrod seed at Alexander Oak Savanna in River Falls.

Date: Oct 19 (Thurs)
Time: 3pm to about 5pm
Location: old quarry

Directions:
Take highway 35 south towards River Falls.
Take highway 65 south (35 turns into 65) toward Ellsworth.
Gravel road up to the quarry is on the right just before the Town of River Falls town hall.

Bring:
Dress appropriately for weather and site (there are no paths). Recommend jeans, tennis shoes or hiking boots.
We will supply collection bags and buckets.
