MANY RIVERS: WORK PARTY AT SALEM METHODIST CEMETERY
Work Party at Salem Methodist Cemetery
Thursday, October 8 – Noon to 4:00 p.m.
Location: Salem Methodist Cemetery in Klossner, MN
The Salem Methodist Cemetery restoration is in full swing. With a generous grant from the Carl & Verna Schmidt Foundation, the Many Rivers Chapter was able to bring in a contractor to remove a significant amount of woody encroachment in the northeast corner as well as a clump of mature maples on the east fenceline. It’s now time for us to get at the remaining woodies on the east side!
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring loppers (we will have extras) and or your preferred tool of woody destruction, gloves, sturdy footwear, and water. We will provide herbicide daubers for stem treating. We’d love to have you join us.
