Cutting and Treating Brush

Saturday, November 11 – Noon

Location: Mathy Bluff Prairie, La Crosse Blufflands

As with Lookout Prairie, The Prairie Enthusiasts has burned this site recently. We’ll be cutting and treating trees and brush in preparation for a winter/spring burn. Most work is on steep terrain, but there is an option to work on relatively flat areas. RSVP (see below) to get the details. Regular noon start time.

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR:

For each of the outings, please wear sturdy shoes, long pants, and bring work gloves. Consider bringing water and a snack.
