This private property has three remnant prairies and 25 acres of planted CRP prairies. We’ll walk through the plantings on the lower slopes and then head up a logging road of moderate slope to one of the remnants. Along with the open prairie, there are some open oak woodlands that have been burned 5 of the last 10 years.
