Brush Clean-up

Saturday, February 17 – 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

Location: Scuppernong Springs with Dick Bautz & Nancy Gloe

Weather permitting, we’ll burn brush piles we’ve stacked high by clearing brush at this ecologically and historically special site.

Difficulty level: medium; uneven terrain

WHAT TO BRING:

Participants should wear natural fibers, at least for outer layers, and wear sturdy boots, work gloves, and eye protection (sunglasses or safety glasses). Water is also recommended.
