Join us for the 2025 annual meeting of the Minnesota Prescribed Fire Council. The Prairie Enthusiasts are a member of the Council’s Steering Committee, a cosponsor of the 2025 annual meeting, and Prairie Enthusiasts members are encouraged to attend this meeting.

The meeting location is the Link Event Center in Prior Lake, MN and meeting agenda items will include the following:

• Minnesota Prescribed Fire Council updates
• Presentations
• Discussions about the MN and WI certified prescribed burn manager programs
• A field trip to the Hocokata Ti’s public exhibit to learn about Dakota history, the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community’s prairie restorations, and efforts to revitalize cultural burning.

Register early because there is a limitation on the number of attendees. Once that limit is reached, registration will be closed.
