This is the field training component of The Prairie Enthusiasts’ prescribed burn crew member training as part of the registration package.

This field training will allow participants to learn about and practice the use of various hand tools commonly used for relatively small (1-50 acres) prescribed burns in the Upper Midwest.

Completing of the field training component is required to obtain certification of completion of The Prairie Enthusiasts’ prescribed burn crew member training.
