Sulzer Prairies Work Party

Wednesday, August 21 – 9:00 a.m. to Noon

Location: Sulzer Prairies

Tasks include a weed sweep for clovers, etc., revisit the aspen clone, collect seeds, enjoy the unusual flora of these small strips of Green County’s original landscape. Afternoon visits are possible to Henry Hill and Mile 13 Prairie on the Badger State Trail.

DIRECTIONS:

Meet at W 4661 Sulzer Road, between Monroe and Monticello to visit two prairies — Thunder Road and Sulzer Prairie.
