St. Croix Valley chapter work day – CANCELLED
CANCELLED. Snow too deep to effectively cut buckthorn.
We will cut buckthorn, other non-native trees and brush, and burn them onsite in a bonfire!
Date: February 12 (Sunday)
Time: 10am – 2pm Come for 1, 2, 3, or all 4 hours. Whatever time you can volunteer is appreciated!
Location: Blueberry Hill
Address: Meet at trail head between 1401 and 1371 River Ridge Road, River Falls, WI
Please bring work gloves, sturdy footwear, and drinking water. Hot dogs, snacks, mulled wine, beer, and tools will be provided. Feel free to bring your own lunch if you care not for wieners.
