COULEE REGION AND FRIENDS OF THE BLUFFLANDS: WORK PARTY AT BROWNSVILLE BLUFF
Work Party at Brownsville Bluff
Sunday, October 18 – 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Location: Brownsville Bluff in Brownsville, MN
Join the Coulee Region Chapter of The Prairie Enthusiasts and Friends of the Blufflands for this fall work party in partnership with UW-La Crosse students from Dr. Kaur’s class. We had a great experience with the students last fall and anticipate another valuable experience for volunteers and students this year. We need many volunteers to help so that we can keep the student to volunteer ratio low, so please join us!
This work party will primarily include cut-treat management and seed collecting.
Additional October workdays include:
-Saturday, October 10
-Sunday, October 11
-Friday, October 16
-Saturday, October 17
-Sunday, October 18
-Friday, October 23

Please RSVP to Jim Rogala at (jrogala58@gmail.com) if you plan to attend this or any additional October workdays.
LOCATION:
Brownsville Bluff in Brownsville, MN. This is a large privately-owned bluff prairie. We will meet at the Community Center. The terrain is steep and will require hiking up to the work areas either a short way up or to the top.
